Cannelle Film Festival
It was warm and wet on October 24, 2009. As the wind and rain lashed down, a group of 20 people gathered in Farmington, CT to watch our amateur shorts at the first Cannelle Film Festival. Over warm glasses of mulled (and spiked) cider, we enjoyed a fantastic evening of movies and music. The purpose of Cannelle has been to encourage and celebrate the creativity of my circle of friends. The first festival was a resounding success, and I have high hopes for the second one, which will take place at some point in Summer 2010. If all goes to plan, it’s going underground. Literally.
