Overnight Oats

I learned about this recipe on the label from a carton of Siggi's skyr. The simplicity, ease of prep, and deliciousness immediately won me over, and it's become a go-to breakfast during the hot months. In fact, I tend to make it about once per week, ideally to enjoy throughout the day after a long morning run.

berries - blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
milk
2 c
skyr or yogurt
3 c
old-fashioned oats
Pinch
Salt

Mix everything together in a bowl. Leave in refrigerator overnight.
